enjoy those quiet moments when all the kids are sleeping or out of the house for a while. You should never feel guilty about enjoying those moments. They are usually rare moments and they don’t last long; but you need quiet time in order to refuel your spirit. If you never get time to yourself you may soon run low on energy and feel run down all the time.
Children can run on energy that leaves parents wondering where they got that energy from to begin with. Have you ever watched your child while they were playing or working on something in particular? They smile, laugh, and enjoy their time that they are busy.
Children have a positive attitude about almost everything because they are not stressed out nor are they aware of the stress of everyday life. That’s because you are coping with all the stressful laugh and enjoy simple pleasures more during the day? You can and its’ easier than you think. Learn how you can feel uplifted through your child.
The first thing to do is to relax and unwind; try some easy relaxation techniques. You won’t be enjoying anything if you are stressed and tense. You won’t be able to relax if the phone rings or the television is blaring, so turn them all off. Enjoy the day with your kids by devoting your day to you and your kids only.

* Play dress up. Sometimes dressing up with your child allows them to act like someone else and it allows you to be someone else for a while too.
* Read a book. Reading to your child will also make your mind open up to new ideas and relieve stressthat may be bothering you Reading a book with a positive ending can have the same affect as watching a movie with a happy ending..
* Let your kid help with some chores. It can be fun to do something together.
* Hugging allows your body to have a positive impact. You immediately start to feel loved, warm and happy just by hugging. Your child needs a hug just as much as you do. Enjoy your hugs.
Children can be fantastic at rebuilding self esteem – nothing is better than being told you are the best.
Every now and then life becomes so frantic that you may have to schedule playtime in with your child; but do whatever it takes in order to get that time. In order to find happiness with the rest of the world, you first need to be happy at home. Your kids will also sense your happiness and it will send a positive attitude that they can pass on. Even though they are kids, people still look into their eyes or feel their love through a hug. One happy child can make a dozen parents happy just by being around them.
